Joyelle Strong Partner Outreach
Pipeline stages, five researched sample contacts, and proposed CRM field mapping
Prepared by Antonette Roj Castorico
Activity footprint
Local record views and timestamped saved changes. Deleted records remain listed here. No shared or verified access tracking is connected.
5 sample contacts · No outreach has occurred.
Fillable lead tracker
All 13 requested columns are editable. Add a change note and click Save row to commit edits. Delete is available in Actions after Notes. The Actions column stays visible on the right while scrolling. Add a note, click Delete, then confirm. Scroll sideways to see every field. Status and next steps stay synchronized with the pipeline cards.
The five research samples have not been contacted. Stage changes are demonstrations; enter actual contact dates only after real outreach. Changes are saved in this browser when storage is available. This is not a shared database. Export CSV for a portable backup or to import into Google Sheets.
Tracker to CRM field map
This is the plan for where each of the 13 tracker columns would go in a CRM. Contact fields hold details about the person and organization. Opportunity fields track the proposed partnership, its status and its next action. For example, Email becomes the contact email; Status becomes the pipeline stage. This is a proposed map, not a live data transfer. Exact GHL configuration would be checked when account access is available.

Follow a prospect through the workflow
A step-by-step example using Helen Mitchell shows how a prospect could move from research to an agreed partnership. Each step explains the action, what must be confirmed before proceeding and the next task. This guided example does not change the actual pipeline. Replies, meetings, dates and outcomes are simulated.

Stage entry and exit rules
Conditions for moving a relationship forward. Saved edits require a note in this demonstration. Outreach approvals and automated reminders are proposed process rules, not live automation.
These are the conditions for moving a record forward. They explain what must be checked or completed before a status changes. They guide the process; this demo does not automatically enforce approvals or send reminders.
Referral and funding stay distinct
Helen represents a community/referral opportunity. Alyssa represents a funding eligibility conversation. The same relationship stages organize progress, but the next steps depend on partner type.
A funding discussion is not an award. A contact response is not an active partnership. Confirm the agreed activity before marking a relationship active.
Follow-up and records
After actual outreach, record the contact date, message summary, owner, next step, and next action date. A proposed reminder would flag open opportunities whose action date has arrived.
Follow-up Due is a working queue for overdue actions. Preserve the prior relationship stage so a reminder does not erase progress. Stop follow-up when a recipient declines or requests no further contact.
Possible database extension
A future shared database connection could store shared contact and opportunity records, dated activities, and assigned follow-ups behind authenticated access. This demonstration uses local browser storage when available. Changes remain on this browser; they are not shared with other users. Export CSV to keep a portable copy.
